Nutfield Dairy is a new startup launched by two passionate young entrepreneurs Matthew Elphic and his partner Betsie Edge, bringing back the classic Milkman delivery service. They offer locally produced, fresh milk from their happy cows grazing on the Surrey Hills, every day to people’s doors.
Their website was unable to cope with a growing business’s demands, as it was an off-the-shelf template. It had a classic shopping cart system but was missing functionality that was causing the owners to lose a lot of time managing their customers. They needed an online business that would enable the dairy to work more efficiently and allow customers to manage their own orders, giving Matthew and Betsie more time growing the business.
Our solution was a new website design and eCommerce store that delivered an enhanced shopping cart experience, provided customer account features, and enabled more flexible order management for recurring orders as well as integrated reporting functions tailored to help Mathew and Betsie run their business more efficiently.
Fairershare.org.uk is a social initiative sponsored by the Woodhaven Trust. The ambition is to create a fairer, more progressive tax system in the UK. AgileAbility was contracted as the project lead with the sole responsibility to partner with UK agencies to develop a website supporting a countrywide digital marketing campaign. We targeted northern regions of the UK to gain signatures of public support for Fairer Share’s version of Council Tax reform in the UK.
Having conducted a study of the campaign’s objectives and requirements, we developed an RFP briefing model and applied the process across multiple potential partner agencies. We supported the selection process and became an integral part of the project team applying an Agile framework, conducting IPSOS surveys that informed the web assets’ design and development team and the social media profile. Finally, we advised and supported a Geographic Micro-Targeted digital campaign focused on areas of the country most affected by Council Tax disparity.
The campaign has been an outstanding success with over 90,000 signatures to date. On the 25th August 2020, a letter from Kevin Hollinrake MP for Thirsk & Malton was sent to Prime Minister Boris Johnson citing the campaign and advocating for change to the council tax system.
We look forward to receiving the Prime Minister’s answer.
Brickfield Equine is a dual-purpose business specialising in two Equestrian disciplines: Thoroughbred Racehorses and Showjumpers. It comprises Bloodstock Agent and Racehorse Pre-trainer, Victoria de Sousa in partnership with Chris Dwyer, and up-and-coming equestrian and Victoria’s son, Ryan de Sousa.
Having had some great success over the past years the business started to expand and it was time to really open its wings and start marketing itself by developing the brand, creating a website and a social media strategy.

We were proud of the outcome and now Brickfield Equine are growing an engaged audience and using the website to promote and sell many of their thoroughbreds using videos they post regularly.

FD Ready needed to develop a new Brand and design and develop a new website as part of the launch of their exciting new training business providing tailored training courses for Financial Directors. The Brand and Website required a focus on the individuals in the Company through a series of videos.
