What’s Included

The Special Offer Service Fee is inclusive of 4 hours filming with two crew members (inclusive of 1hr 30 minutes set up time and 30 minutes breakdown), one day editing (with two amendment opportunities), and delivery of a two-minute HD film incorporating an animated logo and enhanced with stock footage, music and sounds.
The Special Offer Service Fee does not include any additional items not specifically mentioned in this offer. Any requests for additional items will be discussed and quoted for via the Quotation Order Form.

If the filming location is outside of a 20-mile radius from Agile Ability’s head office travel expenses, and potentially accommodation charges, will be incurred. Such charges will be discussed and detailed in the Quotation Order Form.
Any additional filming time required above the allocated 4 hours will be charged at a rate of £350 per hour. Any part hours will be rounded up to the nearest hour. Our working hours are between 9am and 6pm.

What If Plans Need To Change

Any delays or cancellations on the filming day due to the inadequacy of the location or adverse weather conditions are at the Client’s risk. Such delays and/or cancellations will incur overtime charges and/or the retention of the non-refundable deposit.

Any requested amendments to the filming date or the location must be made with a minimum of 7 clear days’ notice. Amendments made less than 7 days prior to the planned filming date will be considered a cancellation and the non-refundable deposit will be retained by Agile Ability.

If the filming date does need to be rescheduled, such rescheduled dates shall be at the discretion of Agile Ability and subject to availability.

What We Need From You

Full access to the filming location – including the right to film at the location and the right to enter onto the location with all crew, filming and lighting equipment – must be pre-arranged by the Client prior to the filming date. If requested, the Client will provide Agile Ability with written proof of such permissions. Any issues with the location rendering it unsuitable for filming will be at the Client’s risk.

All participants in the film must sign a Waiver Form which states they are willing to be included in the film. Waiver forms can be provided by Agile Ability.

If the Client wishes to film at an outside location, the Client accepts the risk that filming may be delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions – we are not able to carry out filming in the event of rain.

During the editing stage the Client will be provided with two opportunities to offer input with regards to suggested amendments (“change request”). These will be discussed and agreed between Agile Ability and the Client as applicable, but the Client agrees to provide change requests in a timely and appropriate manner to assist with the editing process.

Fees & Payment

Once the Quotation Order Form has been accepted by the Client, a 50% deposit of the Special Offer Service Fee will be payable to Agile Ability to secure the filming date. The deposit is non-refundable.

The remainder of the Special Offer Service Fee, plus any additional charges for overtime etc. if applicable, will be payable to Agile Ability prior to final delivery of the film.
